The first time I met my IPS rep, he gave me his card. I noticed the questions on the back of his card and asked him about them. He explained about their Seafood Profitability Audit process. Skeptical but intrigued i agreed to go through the process. The first item we discussed, he was able to help me save over $10,000.00 in annual food cost. By the end of the meeting we had saved over $32,000.00. The quality was matched or even improved. The process helped us identify the best options for our applications. This is a process I am doing for all my items now.
